It was a long but wonderful weekend at the Lakeview East Festival of the Arts. The action started Friday afternoon with tent set up and was pretty much non-stop up until late last night. For as exhausted as I am today, I had such an amazing time meeting so many wonderful people, having the opportunity to hear feedback about my work and, of course, getting the opportunity to send my work of to new homes.

This was only my second outdoor show, the first being Bucktown Arts Fest two weeks ago, but, while I am happy to be putting the tent in storage for the rest of the year, I am definitely looking forward to next season. I plan on taking the time to look over my running list of tweaks I won’t to make, ideas I came up with during the shows and mapping out a plan to implement a bigger, badder tent than this year.

No rest for the weary… I have to get my custom orders from the show done, inventory remaining stock and… oh here we go… gear up for the One of a Kind Show and Sale Chicago!
